Crochet watermelon slice diagram and description. How to crochet a striped watermelon and a red watermelon wedge. Crochet baby bag: pen

Master class on knitting a watermelon slice from Sontina. It is done quite simply.

Dial 4 air loops with red threads and connect them into a ring.
1 row: in a circle - 6 sc
2 row: in each loop 2 sc (12)
3rd row: in every second loop, 2 sc (18)
Continue knitting, in each row adding 6 loops (in the 4th row - in every third, in the fifth - in every fourth, etc.) Knit 16 rows (96) Here's what I got:

Next, tie a white thread and make another circle, knitting 2 sc in each 16th loop.
After that, tie a light green thread and make another row, knitting 2 sc in every 17th loop. And finally, we tie a dark green thread and make three circles, adding 6 loops in each.
I didn’t have dark green threads, and I wove the usual dark green thread for sewing into marsh-colored threads. It turned out very well.

Break the thread (I left the one for sewing). Cut a circle out of cardboard the same diameter as the red part of the watermelon.

Fold a cardboard circle in diameter, cover with a circle of watermelon on top and start sewing from the corner, pushing a little cloth inward so that the watermelon takes the form of a real one:

First, sew up both corners, then put foam rubber or synthetic winterizer between the cardboard halves so that the resulting watermelon keeps its shape, and sew up the remaining hole. You will get such a slice.

Now we take black threads (I had floss) and embroider the seeds in random order.

Everything, our watermelon is ready! You can make 10 such slices and put them on a plate, you get a whole watermelon, cut into slices.

To make a pineapple, we need some yellow, brown, light green and dark green yarn and a hook that matches the thickness of the yarn. I crocheted No. 3, threads - polyester with lurex 100g / 400m. The size of the finished pineapple with leaves is 28 cm.

Designations:

VP - air loop
RLS - single crochet
С1Н - a column with one crochet
SS - connecting post

Work sequence:
With a yellow thread, dial 5 VP.
Connect them into a ring with a connecting post.

3 VP, 2 С1Н in the ring, VP, (3 С1Н in the ring, VP) - 5 times, SS in the third air loop.

Fasten the yellow thread and cut off. Tie brown thread. 3 VP, 2 С1Н under the VP of the previous row, VP, (3 С1Н under the next VP of the previous row, VP, 3 С1Н under the same loop, VP) - 5 times, 3 С1Н under the next VP, VP, SS. Fasten the brown thread and cut off. It turns out this hexagon:

Link the required number of hexagons. It depends on the thickness of the thread and hook, as well as on the desired size of the pineapple. I connected 18 motifs:

Now we connect all the motives with each other with single crochets with a dark green thread. I got three rows. If the threads and hook are thinner, there may be more rows.

We turn the resulting canvas into a cylinder and connect it with columns without a crochet.

We knit all unconnected faces with each other with RLS. It turns out this cylinder: Now we knit the bottom. With a brown thread, knit a circle, the last row of which has 48 loops (if the threads are thinner, there will be more rows and loops). Leave a long thread.

How to knit a circle: they start knitting from the center, in each row they add single crochets in 6 places, double crochets in 10-12 places, changing the places where loops are added. If you add in the same places, then you will get a hexagon.

Sew the bottom, evenly distributing the loops.

Similarly, we knit the top of the bottom, only with a dark green thread.

We sew the top, after stuffing the pineapple with a padding polyester. If desired, you can insert a box with beads inside to make a rattle.

Now let's move on to the leaves. Dial 20 VP with a dark green thread.
1 row: sc in the 2nd loop from the hook, 18 sc
2 row: VP, 16 RLS, SS
3 row: skip 1 loop, 16 sc
4 row: VP, 14 RLS, SS
5 row: skip 1 loop, 14 sc

6 row: VP, 16 RLS
7 row: skip 1 loop, 16 sc
8 row: VP, 14 RLS. SS
9 row: skip 1 loop, 14 sc, fasten the thread.
In the same way we knit leaves of light green color:

Now we fold the light green and dark green leaves and tie them with RLS with a dark green thread:

By analogy, we knit leaves of a different size - for 30 and 40 loops. In total, I knitted paired leaves of 6 pieces for 20 loops, 3 pieces for 30 loops and 1 piece for 40 loops:

Now sew the leaves to the top of the pineapple, starting from the middle.

The end result is a pineapple. Leaves you can do at your discretion - more, less, shorter, longer. I can only say that the more leaves and the more stable they are, the more your pineapple will look like a real one.

We knit a banana.

1 row: knit in a ring 4 st b / n (single crochet)

2 row: we make increases in each loop = 8 st b / n

3 row: we make increments through 1 loop, i.e. we knit one loop, and in the second we knit 2 st b / n = 12 st b / n

4-24 row: knit in a spiral without increments = 12 st b / n

25 row: decrease through 1 loop, knit one, skip 1 = 8 st b / n

stuff the toy with synthetic winterizer or cotton wool. Woolen sches are sold in handicraft stores. 1 kg costs 27 rubles, very good for stuffing toys and pillows. If your child is not allergic.

26 row: knit without decrease = 8 st b / n

27 row: we knit 1 loop, skip 1. We make decreases through 1 column = 4 st b / n

We tighten the loops and finish the job. We hide the tail of the thread inside the banana.

We knit a radish.

In the ring we collect 6 st b / n.

2 row: we make increases in each loop of the previous row = 12 st b / n

3 row: we make increases through 1 loop = 18 st b / n.

4 row: we make increases through 2 loops = 24 st b / n.

5 row: we make increases through 3 loops = 30 st b / n

6-8 row: knit without increments = 30 st b / n

9 row: decrease every 4th loop, i.e. 3 knit, skip one = 24 st b / n

10 row: decrease every 3rd loop, i.e. 2 knit, skip one = 18 st b / n

11 row: decrease loops through 1 = 12 st b / n

12 row: decrease each loop = 6 st b / n

We tighten the loops and finish the job.

We knit 3 ponytails according to the scheme. Dial 20 ch. we knit 7 semi-columns, 2 st b / n, then in 1 st. of the previous row we knit 2 half crochets without a crochet, in the next column - 2 tbsp. s / n, 1 half-column with a crochet, 3 tbsp. b / n and further according to the scheme. A chain of v.p. tie on both sides.

Sheet for pear.

We collect 4 vp, we conclude them in a ring conn. Art. We knit 6 sts s / n into the ring, we collect 3 ch. and conclude them in pico conn. a column at the top of the last st s / n. We knit 6 sts s / n. We connect the last st s / n with the first.

It is difficult to imagine a modern woman without a cosmetic bag, which contains magical cosmetics that can come in handy during the day. Due to frequent use, the cosmetic bag becomes unusable, a woman has to buy a new one. It's just that you don't have to buy it. If you know the basics of crochet, you can become the owner of a pretty "Watermelon Slice". Needlewomen will appreciate an easy-to-make cosmetic bag knitted from the remnants of yarn. A beautiful cosmetic bag will be a convenient addition to a woman's handbag. A watermelon slice tied with your own hands can be presented to a friend or mother. To knit such a cosmetic bag you do not need special skills, it fits easily and quickly. You will need several hours to make it, as well as leftover red, green, pink and black yarn, a needle with a wide eye, hook number 3 and a zipper (preferably green to match the yarn).

We start with a red thread from an air loop. From the resulting loop, we crochet 4 air loops and close the knitting in a circle. Next, we knit in a circle 6 RLS (single crochet). While knitting, you need to monitor the tension of the thread so that the circle turns out to be even and beautiful. After the first row is knitted, continue knitting as follows: in each row, add 6 loops evenly. Increase by knitting two loops into one loop of the previous row. In total, you should get 13 rows connected with a red thread (more can be). Finally, cut the red thread and fasten off. If desired, the size of the cosmetic bag can be increased or decreased by tying a small or vice versa large circle.

When the base of the future red cosmetic bag will be connected. It is necessary to knit 1 row with a pink thread. If you do not have pink, you can take a white or yellow thread. Knit in the same way with an increase of 6 loops in each row. At the end, cut the pink thread and fasten it from the wrong side.

The last step in knitting is knitting green rows. Now you have to knit 3 rows, also adding 6 loops in each row. When knitting is finished, you need to cut the thread and fasten off. Straighten the finished blank under the cosmetic bag and lightly iron.

Now we take a black thread, thread it into a needle with a wide eye and embroider stitches in the form of watermelon seeds. If desired, the seeds can be embroidered with black beads.

Next, we proceed to the assembly of cosmetic bags in the form of a watermelon slice. We bend the resulting circle in half and sew a zipper on the upper part. If the zipper is longer than it should be, it can be cut off and the edge secured with a seam. In my version, the zipper is not long, I sewed up the free edges with a green thread. You can sew a zipper by hand or on a sewing machine. When the zipper is sewn in, it remains to turn the cosmetic bag on the front side, straighten it and fill it with cosmetics so that it takes the desired shape. If desired, you can sew a lining for a cosmetic bag, then it will last you longer and look more aesthetically pleasing.

For work you will need:

  • "Iris" of red, white, dark green and light green colors;
  • hook 1.3 mm;

How to work: how to crochet a watermelon and a watermelon slice, step by step

Watermelon

We begin to knit a watermelon with dark green threads.

1st row: Cast on ch 20.

2nd row: sbn, 17 stsn, sbn.

3rd row: ch, 2 pst, 15 sc, 2 pst.

4 row: We change the thread to light green, without cutting the dark green thread - ch, sbn, 17 stsn, sbn.

5 row: ch, 2 pst, 15 sc, 2 pst.

6 - 7 rows: We knit similarly to the 2nd and 3rd rows with dark green threads.

8 - 9 rows: We knit similarly to the 4th and 5th rows with light green threads.

Alternating strips of light green and dark green, we knit in the same way until the 33rd row.

We cut the thread 15 cm long. We close the knitting.

We sew a barrel of watermelon. We collect the lower part of the watermelon for assembly with the remaining tail of the thread, tighten the thread and fasten it. Turn the watermelon right side out.

We fill the watermelon with filler. We collect the top of the watermelon on the threads, trim and tighten. We fix the thread.

watermelon tail

We knit with dark green threads. We collect 5 ch, we knit 4 sc from them. We knit 3 ch, in the first ch of a chain of 5 ch next to the fourth sc we knit 8 sts, pst in the third ch.

We sew the tail to the watermelon in the place where the edge of its part was assembled.

slice of watermelon

We start knitting with red threads.

1 row: ch 3 in the ring.

2 row: 6 sc from the ring.

3rd row: 12 sc.

4 row: (increase, 3 sc) – three times. (15 sc)

5 row: (increase, 4 sc) - three times. (18 sc)

6 row: (increase, 5 sc) - three times. (21 sc)

7th row: We connect the white thread - (increase, 6 sbn) - three times. (24 sc)

8 row: We connect the green thread - (increase, 7 sbn) - three times. (27 sc)

Cut out a circle of cardboard with a diameter equal to the diameter of the slice.

We bend the circle in half and insert it into a slice.

We connect the edges of the slice with each other with semi-columns from edge to edge. We embroider seeds with black bobbin threads.

Here is such a crochet watermelon and a watermelon slice as a result:

Materials: 200 g of Soufflé yarn (100% acrylic, 270m/100g) red-pink, 50 g dark green and 30 g each light pink and light green. 10 g of Iris yarn (100% cotton, 150m/25g) in black. Hook number 3. Thick needle with a wide eye for embroidery. Thick cardboard.
Performance: Knit a flat circle of sc with red yarn. To do this, connect 4 VPs into a ring using the SS and in the 1st row, tie 6 RLS into a ring. Continue knitting SC in a spiral, adding 6 SC evenly in each row. Make increments sliding. So knit 19 rows. Then knit 1 row in light pink, continuing to increase, then 1 row in light green and 4 rows in dark green without increments (120 sc in total in a row).

Embroider watermelon seeds with black yarn.
Fold a slice of watermelon in half and sew end-to-end along the dark green edge. In the corners, tuck part of the green strapping into the seam to make a real slice of watermelon.
But I don't really like this way of stitching. To make it convenient to sew a slice of watermelon, you will have to work a little. Dark green strapping is best done as follows. 1st row of dark green knit completely. Lock the sl-st row at the top of the 1st sc of the row. Fasten off the thread (pull up a loop, pull the ball into the loop and tighten the thread). Skip 5 columns before. row, attach the thread to the 6th column, stretching the broach from the place where the thread is fixed. Tie 50 sc, fasten the thread, skip 10 columns before. row, attach the thread to the next column, tie 50 sc and fasten the thread - this is the 2nd green row. We divided the harness into the right and left parts, between which we form a broach of thread. Then we continue to knit in a circle. On the left side, stepping back from the edge of 5 columns, attach the thread, tie 40 RLS and fasten the thread. Do the same on the right side of the harness - this is the 3rd row of green. In the 4th row, similarly, knit only 30 sc on each part of the strapping. And we immediately in the process of knitting set the shape of a watermelon slice convenient for stitching. Now you can sew the slice just end-to-end. All broaches when stitching are simply tucked inside the slices.

Before stitching, insert a rigid frame inside the slices so that the watermelon slice holds its shape. As a frame, you can use thick cardboard. From cardboard, cut out circles with a radius equal to the radius of the inner (red-pink) part of the watermelon slice. Fold the circle in half and insert the slices inside. To make the frame more rigid between the edges of the bent cardboard circle, you can insert a spacer, also made of cardboard (see diagram and photo) or put pieces of foam rubber.

So do 10 circles - slices of watermelon.
Knit another dark green circle, consisting of 12-14 rows. Attach all watermelon slices at one end to this circle. One slice can be left alone.

Ready watermelon put in a deep plate of a suitable size. Place a single slice next to it.
