Use a tied plastic bottle as a vase. I did not glue the middle of the flower, but sewed it on. Then glue the flower to the wire.

In this master class I will tell you how to crochet an old flower pot. An unnecessary plastic thing will turn into a wonderful DIY planter! In addition, such cozy knitted pots are not sold in stores - your work will turn out unique.

You will need a plain pot, yarn, and a hook. Even the kind of pot that a flower shop sells flowers in is suitable. The type of yarn also does not matter - in the photo I have pink wool blend.

We will knit without a bottom. This is the most convenient way, because such a cover can be removed and washed, and the hole in the bottom of the pot will not be closed. Pattern pattern for knitting a flower pot:

It is clear that this scheme is not suitable for all sizes of pots. Therefore, if you have a larger pot, then add rows of double crochets.

We collect a chain of air loops, the length equal to the circumference of the pot at the bottom, + 2-3 loops for a loose fit. We will follow the process using step-by-step photos:

We knit the first three rows. If the pot expands sharply upward, then in the third row we add a couple of double crochets:

Now we knit the pattern according to the diagram. The pattern is simple, I think there is nothing to explain here:

We roughly estimate how much is left to the side and knit it to it, alternating rows of double crochets and rows of alternating stitches and chain loops. Again, if the pot expands sharply, then in the rows of columns we double the loops in places. The end result will be the same as in the lower part - a pattern with windows. And we finish with a wavy border - it is knitted like this: *five double crochets in one loop, skip 2 loops, double crochet, skip 2 loops* - repeat. Result:

This is how the crocheted pot turned out. Thanks to the border, the knitted part was tightly fixed. If for some reason it doesn’t stick to you, then you can put it on Moment glue in a couple of places at the top.

Introduces you to how to knit such a flowerpot.

In order to knit a pot like this you will need:

20 grams of bobbin yarn No. 10 yellow, a little brown, hook n DIY crocheted flower pot number 1

Size of flowerpot (flower pot) It turns out like this - diameter - 16 centimeters, height 18 centimeters. Knit the flowerpots in a circle using patterns 1 and 2. In pattern 2, the first row is the last row of the pattern according to pattern 1. The numbers in the pattern indicate the rows, and under the arches the number of air loops in them is indicated.

The bottom must be knitted with yellow yarn, using pattern 1. First, knit a chain of 6 air loops and close it into a ring. Then you need to knit one lifting chain stitch and knit 11 single crochets into a ring.

The row is closed with a connecting column. In diagram 1 this is the first row. When the bottom is knitted, then you need to knit with a chain stitch and tie the 15th and last rows (look at the photo)

After finishing work, the pots need to be washed and starch very much. Then, while it is still wet, put it on a jar, for example a two-liter jar, and let it dry.

Many of us have accumulated a lot of old flower pots; they are good quality, convenient and natural. It’s just a pity that over time they have lost their former beauty, but that’s not a problem! For our old pot, we can crochet some cute clothes - flower pots in the shape of cute bunnies. Today's master class is dedicated to such a simple but effective flowerpot for an old pot. It will not be difficult to knit, so even beginner knitters can take on such a cute “clothes”.

For a knitted flower pot we will need:

Knitting threads color coffee with milk;

Embroidery threads black and pink;

A flower pot.

Now let's start knitting flowerpots:

1. Crochet a chain of 5 air loops and close them into a ring on the sixth. We will knit the second row with single crochets.

2. Using the same single crochet stitches, knit a circle equal to the diameter of the bottom of the pot. By the way, it is better to use thicker threads for knitting so that they hold their shape and last longer.

3. When the bottom for the flowerpot is knitted, we will go through one row with a half-stitch to mark the bottom line, and then we will continue to knit the subsequent rows with a single crochet. In order to reach the side walls of the flower pots, the first row after the half-column row should be knitted behind the back wall of the loops of the previous row. This way we will get a clear and beautiful line for the bottom of the pot.

4. We will knit the walls of the flower pot without removing the flower pot - this way they will fit better and you can adjust the size of the walls of the flower pot depending on the size of the pot.

5. When the flowerpot is connected, we will tie the long ears like a hare’s with the same half-column.

6. We will sew the knitted ears to the edge of the flowerpot, embroider the eyes and nose with black threads, and then the necks of our bunny with pink threads.

So our cute clothes for the old flower pot are ready. Now any flower will look uniquely stylish in it. An interior with several of these flowerpots - hares - will look very interesting. Let your home always be warm and cozy. And old things that have received a new life will give your home special comfort and warmth!
