1. We were not given enough space. We ordered a banquet for 15 adults and five children, i.e. 20 seats, and besides, the day before, I called to make sure that everything would be according to plan, and warned that there would be not fifteen, but seventeen adults, to which the manager was very amused, in the sense that they would already find two people where to plant. Well, in vain I didn’t worry about this, because in fact there were fourteen seats. They have sofas there that can normally seat three people (not of the largest build). So we had four such sofas (two on each side) and one chair at the ends. Even if we assume that three adults plus one child each sit on the sofas, which is actually uncomfortable, the result would be a maximum of 14 adults and 4 children. But not 17 and 5. But unfortunately, because... Some of my guests were delayed, I did not immediately pay attention to this, and then it was too late to ask for additional tables and chairs, because... the seats nearby were already taken.
I understand that in this way they saved more seats for other visitors to the cafe, but why did this have to be done at our expense? As a result, my mother and friend were forced to go for a walk for part of the holiday, and I did not sit at the table at all. Ugly.
2. We ordered a soap bubble show, and for a lot of money - 10 thousand rubles. I won’t go into too much detail about the fact that the show itself is hacky and the people who make it would do well to rehearse for a couple more months before going out to the public. But the fact is that the show, for which I paid money, started in my absence with my daughter (my daughter asked to go to the toilet). When we arrived, it turned out that other children were sitting in the most comfortable seats (I don’t mind everyone who was in the cafe at that moment looking, but it would be necessary to reserve comfortable seats for us), we were looking from the side, the other girl was always stood in front of us, so that half of it was not visible, and my daughter did not understand at all that this was a special performance for her. Those. They didn’t ask who the birthday girl was, didn’t do any special number for her, nothing at all. As if we had nothing to do with it, we happened to pass by. They promised to give soap bubbles at the end of the show, but they didn’t give anything. I understand that the bubbles are cheap, but the fact itself is offensive that our invited children did not receive the promised gift, and that at the holiday I paid for a lot of money, we felt like poor relatives.
3. We ordered another artist - a fairy, for an hour. It cost 4 thousand rubles. So this girl (very sweet in general) did nothing at all. For some reason, she waited until all the children had gathered, although she could have started somehow occupying the children from the very beginning, as they began to approach. As a result, she walked around us for more than an hour, doing nothing, at the end she brought out the cake, invited the birthday girl to blow out the candles, and that was the end of it. I understand, again, that it is difficult to captivate and gather children of three or four years of age, but in general, this is what professionals are paid for, so that they find an approach. Yes, if she had simply watched the children of my guests as they played in the play center, so that the adults could sit quietly at the table at that time (which is what I generally assumed), that would have been enough.
4. Service. A separate song. The dishes ordered in advance were delivered cold. Dirty dishes were not removed from the table. In the process, I ordered more juice and coffee for the guests - it took about forty minutes (if not more). I understand everything, a hot dish, for example, takes a long time to prepare, you have to wait for it. But is it really difficult to pour juice from a bag and bring it quickly? There was no wait at all for the waiters; we had to run after them and look for them around the cafe. The cake was brought, but there were no clean plates and cutlery for it. I ordered wine and champagne (in advance) - until I reminded them, they weren’t brought. In general, I haven’t encountered such disgusting service for a long time.
5. As a result, when we had already arrived home, they called me and said that the waiter had mixed something up and I was owed another two and a half thousand rubles for the service and could I come and take them. Of course, I’ll come and deliver it, but at the same time I’ll clarify what kind of service this is...
1. the children were still happy, because... There's a really nice playground there and they could have a blast.
2. The food is good and tasty.
Conclusions: A place with a good initial concept and an excellent location, and good cuisine. But we need to work and work on the service and not skimp on the staff and the convenience of visitors.
If you want to organize a children's party there, then this can be done, but you don't need to order any additional entertainment, they are not worth the money at all, and the children will already have something to do in the game center. And of course, I recommend checking the number of seats immediately upon arrival.
